Highland, Southern Once upon a time we smelled rum and raisin mud cake with plenty of dark spiced rum, with chocolate covered macadamia nuts and sweet pickled figs. Quiet, dark and dense on the palate; Madeira infused pate with port soaked apricots and prune cake, all washed down with Damson brandy liqueur.
